What we love about Georgetown didn’t happen by accident.
Welcome
I'm so glad you're here.
For generations, residents, volunteers, businesses, community organizations, Town staff, and Council have each played a role in shaping the Georgetown we know today. Through thoughtful decisions, long-term investments, and everyday acts of care, they've created a place that so many of us are proud to call home.
Now it's our turn.
Why Regional Council?
Over the past four years, it has been a privilege to serve as your Town Councillor for Ward 3.
With our current Regional Councillor retiring, Georgetown has an important decision to make.
Halton Hills has just 3 votes on a 24-member Regional Council. To move Georgetown’s priorities forward, our Regional Councillor needs to earn trust, and work well with colleagues from Milton, Oakville, and Burlington.
Through my work on the Board of Conservation Halton, and the Elect Respect Pledge I've already built strong working relationships with the mayors and Regional Councillors across Halton.
If elected, I'll work to:
Represent Georgetown effectively at both Town Council and Regional Council.
Preserve what makes Georgetown special while planning thoughtfully for growth.
Make responsible financial decisions that consider current constraints, long-term planning, and sound asset management.
Keep residents informed with clear information, honest conversations, and meaningful opportunities to participate.
"We have to make decisions today that honour current residents while planning responsibly for tomorrow."
